PRODUCTION PLANNER

REQUIREMENTS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sequence work orders according to high MPS demand requirements for specific products and production lines, understanding all the physical and personnel limitations of these lines
Monitor manufacturing performance / performance daily against schedule, challenging and understanding whenever performance deviates from standard
Monitor stock coverage daily to avoid out-of-stock and overstock by adjusting the run sequence if possible or by raising the issue with the Master Scheduler
Maximize production / utilization of shared manufacturing resources while ensuring full consistency with the mix of MPS products, volumes, and required availability dates

EXPERIENCE:

At least 3 year experience in similar position
Understand ERP / MRP environment with productive and nonproductive parts
Shortages analysis
Monitoring inventory levels
Material transaction, level loading, BOM
Excel level Medium/High, for quick decision making reports and front end pages for production users
